Welcome Back! In-Hospital Appointments Resume February 2, 2026

We are excited to share that, beginning Monday, February 2, 2026, we will reopen our doors and welcome clients and patients back inside our hospital. We could not be more thrilled about this transition, and we are deeply grateful to those of you who have remained loyal and shown us compassion and kindness throughout this journey. 

Safety is our priority 

Over the past several months, we have worked closely with a Certified Safety Professional, a Certified Industrial Hygienist, and an Occupational Physician to thoroughly evaluate the situation. Following our extensive testing, analysis, and taking all recommended actions, there have been no additional occurrences for quite some time. Based on the professional opinions of the safety professionals, along with the implementation of recommended action, our third-party experts have cleared the hospital for reopening. 

Looking ahead 

As we resume full in-hospital operations, we are introducing surgery twice a week to better serve our patients. At the same time, we will be sunsetting house calls and discontinuing curbside care, allowing our team to focus on providing the safest and highest quality care within the hospital. 

Just as we encourage pet owners to prepare for emergencies, we have developed a clear plan in case a similar situation ever arises in the future. Our preparedness bolsters our confidence in our ability to care for our patients in the event of a future interruption.
